Worked with Ernie on many occassions. First experience was 2001 trying to sell large house. After 11 months + 3 real estate persons, I found Ernie - 2 months later house sold. Ernie sold my mother's house in three days. My son went hunting for a house and found a great house/condo deal in 3 weeks.

My wife and I wanted to relate to you our experience with recently selling our home. It had been our intention to market this ourselves using the services of two Internet websites, namely 'houseweb.ca' & 'comefree.com' supported by our own Calgary Herald advertisement. Given the prevailing market conditions, we were very confident of an early sale. Despite this exposure however, we were disappointed to receive possibly 4-5 phone enquiries resulting in two showings that were fruitless. Shortly thereafter, we received your mailed solicitation outlining a realistic marketing plan. During our follow up personal interview with yourself, we were impressed with the commitment that you made to us that allayed all our realtor concerns.

It's a plus today if you can find the right real estate agent in a world full of greed, scams, with no concern about a person's well being.  

As a single woman buying/selling my home I felt right at home with Ernie Gardy & his Team. They all had great concern when it came to the right Broker, Lawyer, paperwork being in order.as well as how I felt about the process.  

This is a big part of service today because hardly anyone offers it anymore. The whole "team" was on the ball & within 3 weeks I found a new home & they sold my old one.
