Marketing Director

Ernie Gardy is the mastermind behind the marketing. His track record speaks volumes in creating and implementing new ideas and strategies. Ernie is the mentor, trainer, and inspiration of The Ernie Gardy Guaranteed Home Selling System, as well as being an active member of the Sales Team.

Office Manager

The Office Manager handles the busy day to day activities at the office. The manager co-ordinates the team and makes sure our clients are receiving the best possible service at all times. Should you ever have a question regarding Real Estate, the office manager is always there to help.

Listing Coordinator

The Listing Coordinator books all appointments and assists in the preparation of all Market Evaluations of properties including complete mortgage information, photographs, measurements, showings, procedures. This team member is fully equipped to generate digital full colour brochures, among a vast number of items involved in launching the marketing of your home.

Transaction Coordinator

The Transaction Coordinator manages all transactions from the initial offer until the time it closes. This member co-ordinates the removal of any conditions on the purchase contract, and regularly monitors your deal right up to the possession date. This member also helps manage incoming leads generated by all our marketing resources.

Client Service Manager

The Client Service Manager is set up to give you feedback on all showings and specific marketing efforts underway to promote your home. Detailed, written reports are sent to you weekly to give you information on the activity on your property and the comments from the buyers who have seen it. This valuable information will help you to make better decisions about your home (i.e.: condition, changes, pricing, and offers)

Call Coordinator

The Call Coordinator manages all calls and information coming into the office. This person is responsible for implementing follow-up activity on buyer and seller calls. This team member launches the follow up activity plan and directs the team members to carry out these functions.

Sales Associate

Highly successful realtors, hand picked by Ernie himself, who have been trained to use the Ernie Gardy Guaranteed Home Selling System to it fullest. They realize that this system is the way of the future in real estate. They assist Ernie in the evaluating, marketing and selling of your home.

Buyer Specialist

Realtors who are experts in assisting our pool of buyers with the entire process of purchasing a home. they show properties every day and because of this, they clearly understand the current market inventory. The Buyer Specialist helps to qualify the buyers, to find the right home for them and effectively negotiate a desirable purchase situation for their new home.
