Office Manager My Office Manager handles the busy day to day activities at the Team Gardy office. The Manager co-ordinates the team and makes sure our customers are receiving the best possible service at all times. Should you ever have a question regarding Real Estate, my office manager is always there to help.
Listing Coordinator This team member books all of Ernie's appointments and assists him in preparation of all Market Evaluations of properties including complete mortgage information, measurements, showings, procedures. This team member is fully equipped to generate digital full colour brochures, among a vast number of items involved in launching the marketing of your home.
Transaction Coordinator This team member manages all transactions from the initial offer until the time it closes. This member co-ordinates the removal of any conditions on the purchase contract, and regularly monitors your deal right up to closing and possession date. This member also helps manage incoming leads from our 24 hour Talking Ad hotline system, as well as assisting in managing the 50+ calls per day that our buyer specialists' make to potential buyers.
Customer Service Manager The Team Gardy Customer Information Department is set up to give you feedback on all showings and specific marketing efforts underway to promote your home. Detailed written and updated reports are sent to you weekly to give you information on the activity on your property and the comments from the buyers. This valuable information will help you to make better decisions about your home (i.e.: condition, changes, pricing, and offers)
Sales Associate This member came to the Gardy Team as a very successful Realtor. They realized that the team system was the way of the future in Real Estate. They assist Ernie in working with some 200 qualified buyers.
Call Coordinator This team member manages all calls and information coming into the office. This person is responsible for implementing follow-up activity on buyer and seller calls. This team member launches the follow up activity plan and directs the team members to carry out that function.
Buyer Specialist Assisting a pool of over 200 buyers, the buyer specialist shows property everyday. Because the buyer specialist only shows homes, they clearly understand the current market inventory, and thus each potential buyer is shown homes that most meets their buying criteria. |
